Shipping Policy
Kirat Designer Studio ships orders via registered courier or speed post. Domestic and international orders are dispatched within 16–30 days or as agreed. Delivery delays by couriers are not the boutique’s responsibility. Orders are sent to the buyer’s provided address, with confirmation sent via email.

Return & Exchange Policy
KIRAT DESIGNER STUDIO allows cancellations only on the same day of order, unless shipping has begun. Perishable items cannot be canceled, but refunds/replacements are offered if quality is poor. Damaged/defective products must be reported within the same day for review. If the product has some shortcomings notify customer service promptly. Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 days.
